2. Product Information & Specifications
We strive to display our products, heat levels (SHU), colours (ASTA), and pack weights as accurately as possible. Because chillies are natural agricultural produce, slight variations in heat intensity or color tint may occur between seasonal crop harvests.
3. Pricing & Payments
All retail prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Payments can be made via Razorpay (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Netbanking) or Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
4. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, product names, logos, design aesthetics, and website content associated with House of Kaaram are the property of House of Kaaram. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.
